#2Eat with Your Eyes Open.  Right, you say.  Who in their right mind eats with their eyes closed?  Grabbing a quick burrito or greasy hamburger and inhaling it is not what we call eating with your eyes open.  When it’s time to enjoy a healthful meal full of color from natural ingredients, take a moment to really savor the flavors, appreciate the textures and engage all your senses. Breathe deeply, drink plenty of water, and engage in conversation with someone whose company you enjoy.  You’ll find eating an experience a conscious experience that fulfills you, not just fills you.
